Your order will be ready for dispatch within 24 hours and will be sent by A-Post. Shipping is via Swiss Post (Mon-Fri). Shipping is free for purchases over CHF 50.

Germany & Austria

Your order will be ready for dispatch within 24 hours and will be sent by A-Post. Shipping is via Swiss Post (Mon-Fri). Shipping is free for purchases over EUR 100.

payment options

Payment is currently possible by credit card, PayPal, advance payment/transfer to our Swiss checking account and by TWINT. Ordering on account is currently not possible.

right of return

Please understand that these are consumable items and there is no right of return.

Cancel order

Your order can be shipped within 24 hours of ordering, with a
Email to info(a)lalalashes.ch, provided the order has not already been shipped (shipping confirmation will be sent by email). Your order will then be ready for shipping and can no longer be canceled. Please note that by making a purchase you are legally entering into a purchase contract and are also obligated to pay for your order in full.
