Switzerland/Liechtenstein

Orders ship the same day and arrive on shelves the next day. Shipping is always carried out by Swiss Post
(Mon-Fri). Shipping is free for orders over CHF 50.

Germany, Austria

Orders are usually shipped the same day the order is placed and arrive in approximately 5-10 days. Shipping is always carried out by Swiss Post (Mon-Fri). Shipping is free for orders over EUR 100.

Payment options

Payment is currently possible by credit card, Paypal, advance payment to our Swiss postal account and via TWINT. Ordering on account is currently not possible.

refund policy

Please understand that these are consumable items. There is therefore no right of return.

cancel order

An order can be canceled within 24 hours of ordering by sending an email to info(a)lalalashes.ch. The package will then be ready for shipment and can no longer be canceled. Please note that by making a purchase you have legally entered into a purchase contract and are also obliged to pay for your order in full.
